Episode 36: Talking Moulard Duck Breast with the Guys from Duckchar
In this episode of the BBQ Beat Podcast, I talk with Josh and Davi of Duckchar about the amazing moulard duck breast they offer, shipped straight to your door. Right up front, I have to say that I first became aware of this phenomenal product via my good friend Josh Tahan over at True Craft BBQ. Known for coming up with delicious and creative food pairings and preparations, Josh showcased the Duckchar moulard duck breast product as part of a duck pastrami demonstration at the 2018 Chain of Lakes Eggfest in Winter Haven, FL.
Duckchar in Action
During our discussion, Josh, Davi and I go into some serious detail about the origins of Duckchar – going back to Davi’s time studying and working in France. We discuss the many steps they took to get the business up and running, some of the key lessons they learned, and of course, the best ways to prepare their delicious moulard duck breast product.
