All in all, the new format really lends to the authenticity you get with Chad as a person, and in the end that’s what good talk radio is all about.

There’s talk about flavor profiles, cookers, judges, and hey – you may learn that one of the top teams in BBQ spent five years as a member of a three piece alternative rock band! (Eh hem… Matt Barber… we gotta talk bud, that’s freakin’ cool!)
